@with_all_humility Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Canada is the one with the "citizen if born in nation" law. I'm unsure though, so could you possibly clarify? I for one actually think it isn't a good policy, but I don't think it's getting abolished anytime soon.

What I want to ask is why do people think that ICE agents shouldn't be jailed for this assuming that this story is real? This would most likely kill the fetus and hurt the mother a lot. Of course I think that she should be deported but unless she is harming someone else there is no justification for harming her.
