Worse relations with China, better relations with the rest of Asia.

They have been China's lapdog who would nuke if China told them to and China would get no backlash for it. They've decided they want to actually begin to play proper politics and not the baby-level low IQ politics that Kim Jong-Il (Un's father) and his ancestors have played. I respect Un for really beginning to play the game and hope by his death that NK has become a more humanitarian 'hell' than the inhumane hell it currently is.
