There aren't infinite genders, there are actually zero. The left wing doesn't realise what they mean but they are advocating to remove genders, not to increase them to infinite.

There can't be infinite genders, because genders are a product of the mind, which is a product of the brain, which is made of atoms. Even if we assumed that every configuration of atoms resulted in a different gender, there still aren't an infinite number.

If we are dealing with reality, then there are only two genders. Unless we are discussing word genders for Greek. The fact is that there are boys and there are girls. DNA is male or female. Those are the facts. Anyone who believes there are more than two genders is denying reality.

The english word gender is typically used to refer to the social aspects of being male, female or other and not the biological aspects.

Here for instance is what you get if you Google "gender definiton":

"the state of being male or female (typically used with reference to social and cultural differences rather than biological ones)."

DNA is therefore irrelevant to this discussion based on the normal English usage of the word. You can still argue there are only two genders but you'll need to make a different and more relevant argument to do so.
