Controlling what can be written about those who live is the first step towards controlling who can live. Free information and free spread of information is the necessary condition for the democratic form of governing, and the US features such a form (albeit the framework is not democratic, but republican).

Depends if actual wrong facts are used. I don't mind about bias and spicing it up, if you state an actual lie is where I draw the line on a legal level for media censorship.

Also obvious things like child p*** and that stuff.

The law of First Amendment expects the person to restrict their own speech first.

They place and hold a self-value or cost on the words they have spoken taking away their freedom. This makes the words a grievance by intelligent design, and is required by First Amendment to be filed. Filing means a structure and order is expected to be asigned.
