This really depends on the individual. Any ideology can work for or against one - for the former, it must be based on logic and align with inherent individual values. Many people make the mistake of accepting an ideology based on emotions or fears, and then trying to rationalize that ideology - while the right way would be to go from logic to acceptance instead.

For me, libertarianism works just fine. I am slightly leaning towards anarchism nowadays, as the amount of interaction with the government I have to do these days is pretty big and I see just how inherently rotten it is (goes for every government by its very design). However, I am not sure the society is ready for anarchism: lack of public law implies the presence of a very high degree of culture, where people do not commit crime not because they are afraid of legal consequences, but because they prefer to achieve their goals by better means.

I think anarchy would work in a very punctual and self-aware society, such as Japanese or Swizz societies - but for almost every other nation, libertarianism would be the first logical step to take. Anarchism could also work in a prosperous corporate culture, where local laws are set by private property owners, rather than the government - but such a culture takes time to cultivate, and I am not aware of any society that has one at this point.

I do think "corporate anarchism" will be where we all end up in roughly a century, due to cryptocurrencies and other developments propagating economical decentralization, but nothing is certain at this point.

Of course, some ideologies are just inherently bad. Socialism/communism and nationalism/fascism are ideologies based on totalitarian abuse, and nothing can ever come out of them no matter how much they align with the societal values. Conservatism is an ideology defying the natural strive of humans to improve their lives. "Progressivism" is somewhat ill-defined, but if it means achieving technological progress at any cost, then it is a pretty malicious ideology as well.

But many different ideologies are sensible, when based on logic and common sense, rather than emotions and primal instincts. There are so many ways to organize the free market, for example, that debates can last for centuries on the details. There are also ways to build a market harshly controlled by automated systems, such as AIs, that in theory might work even better than the free market. And there are systems in which market does not exist at all - which could work in extremely individualistic societies at a very high stage of technological development.

So I stand by my earlier judgment: there is no "best" ideology per se, but there is the best (or close to best) ideology for the given individual. Which does not necessarily coincide with the ideology that individual follows at the moment.

I'm wondering how many are noticing the various choices of words that occupy this or that website?

The term (anarchy?)

The term (anarchism?)

The term (corporate anarchism?)

The term (propagating economical decentralization?)

Could one hypothesize, that some are maybe in a sense, trying to turn the internet, into their own person rabbit hole?

Maybe trying to convert as many as some can with their various choices of words? 

But trying to attract individuals into their individual rabbit holes, educating whom they can with their peculiar ideologies of choice? 

Maybe someone could create a sidebar forum, and break down the various ideologies by definition:

IE if they are law abiding, or anti law oriented? 

If they are pro illegal immigrant, and anti border at the same time?

If they are pro sanctuary city, or pro US citizen oriented?

@Zombieguy1987 I couldn't pick ONE of those political ideologies because they ALL are severely flawed. Conservatism NEEDS liberalism to keep it under control. Conservatism AND liberalism would work better with a bit of socialism thrown in to keep capitalism under control. Liberalism, alone would be utter chaos, and I think would lead to anarchy, runaway capitalism and oligarchy  … after all, it was started by the Koch Bros. FOR the Koch Bros.
Anyone who would choose the dictatorship choices is mentally deranged and should move to a country under the ideology of their choice!

Best ideology is no ideology. Think about your ideal world for a sec; what does it look like? How do we get from here to there. You might have to impose some regulations, take others away, lower taxes on some, raise it on others. Different time periods call for different measures, so instead of focusing on right now, focus on the long run, on strategy, like a chess match.
