Even though Myanmar is 90% Buddhist, nobody considers people speaking out against their treatment of Rohingyas as antibuddhist, but many consider people speaking out against Israel's treatment of Palestinians as antisemetic.

The history of antisemitism in the XX century is a very familiar piece to many, while there is not much history of antibuddhism on the West to speak of. As such, the former label is frequently used, while the latter label is non-existent (the spell checker on this website, for example, highlights the word "antibuddhist" as incorrect).

It is the same effect as people calling each other Nazi all the time, but not calling each other, say, Juche. Despite qualitative similarity of the respective ideologies, everybody knows about Hitler's narrative, but nobody cares about the North Korean ideology.
