The laws are clear, according to legal experts who say the IRS “shall” hand over the tax returns of any person in the U.S. if requested by the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. The law also says any federal employee who does not properly execute tax laws can be jailed.

The Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee gave the IRS a deadline of Wednesday to hand over six years of President Donald Trump’s tax returns. The Secretary of the Treasury, Steve Mnuchin, intervened. Not so fast; SCOTUS has already found that simply because a committee wants such records is not a good enough justification.  They need to have a legitimate reason for asking in the first place.

The "involvement" with our enemies before, during and after the election and obvious partisanship with them by an American President is suspicious enough to "show good reason" for a "looksee". The "secret meetings" with no other witnesses from our country, and the boldness of Putin's moves since the election leave no doubt that we need a CLOSE LOOK. Anybody that objects should also get a close look. We have a RIGHT to protect our country, especially when we have an official who is a known liar, cheat, lawbreaker and a penchant for self importance over anything and anybody.

There was no involvement" with our enemies before, during or after the election.  In case you've been in a coma for the last couple of years, the matter has already been thoroughly investigated.  There was nothing to so much as charge Trump with.  Putin's moves were a lot more "bold" when 0bama was president; which makes sense since the Trump administration, unlike the 0bama administration, is providing arms for the Ukrainian forces. 

We have a RIGHT to protect our country, especially when we have an official who is a known liar, cheat, lawbreaker and a penchant for self importance over anything and anybody.

Just how should we have protected our country from 0bama?

Sure, they can "ask" for any reason, anyone can "ask" for any reason; that doesn't mean they are entitled to Trump's tax returns, nor does it mean that they'll get them.
