Yes, it seems to be good for all of American and hopefully everybody will be able to agree on that. Also, Hopefully this increases Trump's horrific approval rating at the current time.

That can be hugh if Trump pulls it off. He can learn from his Obamacare replacement experience to make it work this time and get an actual deal

We would all love to get that tax bill lowered, but I am a bit skeptical how we can lower the taxes for everyone and have a true win-win.  The devil will be in the details, but I am rooting for Trump.
the one part of expenses Trump is cutting is smaller government, but he needs funding to pay for the wall, larger military and NASA. People will not want to take on too much more  National debt either.
Ultimately a tax reform debate often ends up in some flavor of wealth redistribution conversation.

The tax plan Trump proposed during the presidential campaign would balloon the deficit by trillions of dollars, according to forecasters at both the centrist Tax Policy Center and the conservative Tax Foundation. Both groups found that the biggest savings under that plan would go to the wealthiest taxpayers, with the top one percent of earners seeing a 10 to 20 percent boost in their income, while middle-income families would see more modest gains of 1 to 10 percent.

We will need to see a new structure of the tax code reform to see how it fairs to various categories of tax payers.

Trump couldn't even pull off a Healthcare bill, and given that Tax reform is exponentially more complex and he already lost credibility it is just unrealistic.  
Trump needs partnerships for something like this, yet he alienated conservatives, democrats, liberals, and pretty much every flavor of every party.  Deals are made best on trust, and his Trust-meter is running very low right now.
I just dont believe he can pull it off.
