after that tight hug in the season finale of Showtime Billions, Wendy Rhodes and Axe are definitely going to get together in the next season.  First naked hot tub scene, then all the tension throughtout the season, Lara/Axe fight over Wendy.
Axe came to Wendy, not Lara before getting arrested.  Axe told Wendy that every decision he made at Axe was wrong.  
They are definitely getting together in season 3.

I also agree that Axe will hook up with Wendy.  With so much chemistry building up and revelations in the episode 12, I think them getting together is a sure thing.

Now that Wendy is back with Chuck, she is less likely to get with Axe.  That said, if Chuck and Wendy have another blowout, which they will Wendy will either run to Axe or the Space guy.

Axe came to Wendy right before getting arrested, not Lara.  He is now realizing what Wendy means to him.
