The project is most likely completely fake or most of it. The government has a limited budget which I don't believe goes to fiction CIA projects. The next thing is, why would the CIA be doing projects instead of a different experimental division such as Area 51 for this kind of project? It just doesn't make sense, the CIA doing an experimental project.

If that was supposed to be subliminal messaging, it was a failure.  People didn't watch the National Anthem when TV stations signed off the air.  By that time, they were either asleep, or they turned off the TV when the Anthem started.  Either way, even if true, it would have been ineffective.  Mind control attempt take a more bland, but effective, approach these days; like CNN staging this "reaction" to the attacks in London.

So the question is not IF it happened, this conspiracy is true. The question is is it STILL happening.
