Valid operators: EQ, NE, GT, LT, NL, NN, LK, NK
For date fields these additional operators apply: d>, d<. If used the value field is the +or - followed by the number of days from the current date
Special parameters: (1) &!msg= followed by the text of the title of the filtered view.
Special parameters: (2) &!filter= followed by the name of a saved filter (set by the administrator)
