Rosie Odonnel offered members $2 million in a tweet for their vote and told them to contact her in said tweet.

Forbes did a nice article on this. I don't tgink that she can be convicted, but she should certainly lawyer up. I wonder if it was a publicity stunt by her, but it certainly shows horrible judgement.
