  • There are things that can be proven, like a heartbeat, or just the fact that the unborn child is human. But what is your definition of "humanity"? does it end there? Emotions, feelings, pain, identity, personality etc can't be proven to exist inside an unborn child.

Well, first of all, emotions and feelings are the same. They also feel them through their mother.
Second of all, pain is irrelevant. There are people with a condition that makes them literally unable to feel pain. Nor can you feel pain while knocked out, or in a coma. Heck, do you actually have emotions while sleeping? During a coma? Maybe.

You also made a distinction between identity and personality. Not sure if you're implying that metaphysically the unborn have no identity? I hope you're not.
Personality is a bit better of an argument. But is it using personality or having the potential to use it? What would be ''using'' personality?
