It is amazing that on Monday it's 20th anniversary of Amazon IPO.  It is really incredible, and CNBC published this insightful article covering the story.

Will Amazon still be an incredible company over the next 20 years? I think that it will. Bezos had demonstrated great commitment to ongoing innovation and developed a culture of sustainable success.

I read the book Amazon Way, and they have something pretty special going.
amazon now established themselves as an undisputed leader in retaiil, they are now a leader in the data center business with AWS, and they keep adding many new capabilities.
they will continue to do well.

I also think that a great reflection point is that Amazon went through maturity life cycle from a startup to one of the most valuable companies in the world with so many employees. It's really impressive how they continue to innovate given their size. 
I am bullish on Amazon future.
